He focused on treating the stress point by giving a slow stroke and hard pressure deep tissue massage to release the tension in muscle. After a few stokes, I can feel the muscle getting lose. I especially enjoyed the fascial release which was very effective in helping me to alleviate the pain, and bonus the process was not painful! It was so comfortable that I fell asleep. The pressure on releasing tension on my hamstrings was a little too hard which woke me but I still appreciated it as it really helped me to release my tight muscles.
