He was super respectful, except when it came to pressure hahaha! He gave me exactly what I needed, where most therapists are too hesitant to apply the necessary pressure to alleviate the musculoskeletal concerns during pregnancy. I appreciated the explanations of the pathophysiology of my primary complaint, he talked me through each part of the therapy and what I can expect to be feeling, and then gave good aftercare recommendations. Amazing remedial massage to help plantar fasciitis, it was really effective and I felt relief almost immediately. Would highly recommend.

I barely turn my head at the time so i decided to book a massage with Josh. He focused on treating the stress point by giving a slow stroke and hard pressure deep tissue massage to release the tension in muscle. After a few stokes, I can feel the muscle getting lose.
