A couple of sessions with marvellous Ling to help me with a long and tiresome issue with hips and back. Ling's massage is firm and therapeutic and appreciates the effort she goes to with helping treat it.

I especially enjoyed the fascial release which was very effective in helping me to alleviate the pain, and bonus the process was not painful! It was so comfortable that I fell asleep. The pressure on releasing tension on my hamstrings was a little too hard which woke me but I still appreciated it as it really helped me to release my tight muscles. I feel refreshed after the treatment. Shame I didn't have enough time to complete the entire body so I will need to go back soon to allow Lydiah to continue the work! read less

Ouch. I couldn't get in to see my GP right away, and was in a lot of pain. Once I felt sure no bones were broken, I booked an appointment with Nathan at Muscleworks Massage. He was good at listening to what I had to say about my physical issues, and then used that information during the massage, never pressing too hard on any injured area. To my amazement, I left feeling noticeably better than when I arrived. My mobility in the right shoulder had clearly improved, and the pain had diminished. I will be back to see Nathan again very soon! I highly recommend this practice. read less
