Our massage vouchers can be purchased for an amount that you would like to spend, or for a set time period (for example 60 or 90 minutes).
Gift vouchers ordered by phone can be paid by credit card. Once the payment has been confirmed, your voucher will be sent via email or regular post depending on your preference.
Our reception team is available for gift voucher purchases from 9am to 8pm on weekdays and from 9am to 6pm on weekends.
Massage Gift Vouchers T&Cs
- Gift Vouchers expire 36 months from the date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
- The full value of the voucher can be partially redeemed over the validity period but must be fully redeemed before expiry.
- Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires.
- Where the cost of the treatment/s and/or purchases exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
- This voucher should be treated like cash.
- Muscleworks Massage disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
- All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
