Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations by phone. A 100% cancellation fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows without notification.

Gift Voucher Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 24hour cancellation policy. We cannot offer a refund for the cancellation of treatments that have been pre-paid with a gift voucher. We are happy to reschedule your appointment before the expiry date of the gift voucher with the minimum notice requirements.
If you do not attend your appointment and we have not been notified, your gift voucher will be void.
