Tara is a passionate, optimistic and ambitious Myotherapist who loves to help anyone feel, move and live better! Tara has extensive experience massaging and treating lots of injuries, pain, and tension. She has helped lots of people feel and move better across a wide variety of clients and clinical workplaces. Tara has previously worked in neurorehabilitation, disabilities, sport (AFL and soccer), and lots of work in multimodality clinics in the city and suburbs.
A large portion of Tara’s work has been in sport, and she is particularly passionate about sport herself! Tara plays lots of football (soccer) in two competitive leagues, but also loves pilates, touch footy, netball, golf and just generally exercising!
Tara had the fortunate opportunity to work with Richmond Tigers over 4 years – 3 of their premiership years. Tara also has many years of substantial experience working in high levels of mens soccer teams.
Tara is super passionate about pilates. This is because she has loved doing it and evidently rehabilitated so many niggles and injuries for herself and lots of her clients. Tara’s pilates
individual or class sessions are FUN because she’ll be your biggest cheerleader – with the motivation appropriate for you.
Apart from sport, pilates and clinically working hard, Tara also loves health, food, a good book/podcast, sunshine, and keeping cosy in Melbourne’s winter.
